Moving Dotcom has been helping people move since 2012. From our beginnings in KwaZulu-Natal to our home in the Western Cape, we’ve grown into a woman-owned, family-run business with an experienced team and a very personal approach.

LONG DISTANCE MOVING

Relocations within the Western Cape

We undertake long-distance moves within the Western Cape, as shown on the map below, and travel as far as Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) to the east and the Vredendal region on the West Coast. Every long-distance move is carefully planned around the route, load and practical requirements of the move, so your belongings arrive safely at their destination.

ARE WE THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR MOVE?

Every move is different. For local moves, larger households can sometimes be accommodated over multiple trips or moving days. For longer-distance moves, load size is more limited, with a practical maximum of approximately 3 tons per trip. Very small moves may not be the right fit for our standard service — although speciality items are considered separately. Not sure where your move fits? Send us a slow video with your voice describing what needs to move and/or clear photos, and we'll tell you if we're the right fit.

Loads smaller than 1 ton - may not be the right fit

Larger local moves — multiple trips are possible if required

Long-distance moves over 3 tons may not be suitable
